These terms cover how you may use this website and the general basis on which we work. The specific terms for any job are set out in the contract we agree with you for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

This site is here to tell you about what we do and to let you send an enquiry or book a call. It is not a shop: you cannot buy or pay for anything through it. We keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free, and it should not be taken as advice for your particular garden.

Quotes, estimates and pricing

Any prices or “from” figures shown on this website are a guide only and do not form a quote. Every garden is different, so a proper quote comes after we have visited the site and agreed the scope of the work. A binding quote is given in writing, against an agreed scope and specification, and holds for the period stated on it.

Payment

Work is invoiced as set out in your contract. Smaller jobs are usually invoiced on completion. Larger builds are paid in stages tied to milestones, so you are never asked for a large sum up front. Payment terms and any deposit are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our hard landscaping carries a workmanship guarantee against defects in our workmanship, and any manufacturer warranties on materials are passed on to you. The exact terms and period of the guarantee are set out in your contract. Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, damage from misuse or lack of aftercare, or the natural establishment and behaviour of plants.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to move or cancel a visit or a booked start date, let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate it. Where materials have already been ordered or work has begun, any costs already incurred may be payable, as set out in your contract. We will give you as much notice as possible if we ever need to reschedule from our side, for example because of weather or supply delays.

If something goes wrong

If you are not happy with any part of our work, please tell us as soon as you can and we will put it right wherever we reasonably can. The quickest way is to email info@pullingerlandscapes.co.uk or call 020 8087 4043. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms and any contract we enter into are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
